Hi, friends, welcome to September! Can you believe we’re already here? Happy Watching-Taylor-Watching-Travis-Play-Football month to all who celebrate.
Are you ready for scarves and sweaters and baking all the apple things? Or are you holding onto long, warm days drenched in summer sun? Tbh I can’t quite make up my mind. Let me sip my PSL and get back to you.

27 tips for packing, long-haul flights, hotel rooms, and souvenir shopping. This is such a good, comprehensive list—read it for the first three tips alone!
Balancing the give and take in our relationships. “So often we have this energy of, This person is doing this thing to me. But do we wonder how that person is experiencing us?” Oof. Sometimes I don’t think about how I’m showing up in other people’s lives. This was a great reminder for me.

I bet you have, too.

What small, inexpensive things make your life better? I could scroll through these kinds of comments sections for hours. They are my kryptonite! There’s no problem an Add to Cart can’t fix. 🤣
A long walk can lighten most anything. I wish it weren’t true, but I know Katie’s right: getting outside and “touching grass,” as the kids say, does make my day better. Just reading this post made me breathe a little easier.
