Hey friends! Happy Sunday. Hope you enjoy this weekend’s Sunday Scroll. These are a few things on the internet that made me think or made me smile.
@TheSpaceGal on Instagram. Elizabeth Holmes tagged her new book yesterday and it was a glorious rabbit hole to fall into! She flew in a Blue Angel jet! I’ve never been so jealous. The reel she made about her passing out at 6Gs had me giggling. Because I surely would have passed out much longer. We know a lot of the team who works with the Blues (they’re based here in Pensacola) and I joke with them all the time that I’m waiting on my turn.
I am obsessed with this face mask and need you all to know about it. Good moisturizing face masks are easy to find, but this one fights redness and inflammation. And the results are literally visible within minutes. It gets SUPER cold on your face. It’s sold out everywhere but sometimes you can find it on Amazon or at Sephora.
I feel like I’ve had this exact situation with Walter in the recent past, so this reel made me giggle this morning.
I’m almost finished with Uncle Jessie’s (err John Stamos’) memoir, If You Would Have Told Me. It’s really good. Fascinating and light, even though he delves into his struggles with addiction. Highly recommend listening to it because he narrates.
How do you parent a tween? I have one million questions. Via Cup of Jo.
From Carlos Whitaker. Some thoughts on why everyone on the internet may not be focusing on all the heavy things across the globe. My heart feels so heavy lately and Carlos’ wisdom comes in true again.
When I really developed my following on Instagram, it was the days of perfect-white-balanced-photos, editorial style, and authenticity being a *new* concept. Now, social media leans more toward casual, unscripted, nuggets of information, advice, or ideas. The algorithm loves these reels (first three on my feed) I’ve been doing lately and it feels good to feel like I’m reaching more of you with them.
I’m wearing this outfit on repeat. I think because I got it in black, it looks less lounge-y and more relaxed and polished.

I feel like the biggest ICYMI is CAROLINE LEY GOT HER BACK HANDSPRING! When I tell you I shouted across this house and cried actual tears 😭
Maybe it’s because I still remember her as the baby with the best cheeks and even better dance moves. Or maybe it’s because finally getting my own back handspring is such a core memory. But goodness, this one got me right in the heart 🥹❤️👏
Emily: “Great Book Recommendation”! I have Admired John Stamos since “General Hospital Days”. I have the book reserved at my local Library. “I can’t Wait to read it. Lisa Moorman.
